Refunds & Returns

Email theteam@simplescreen.asia before returning anything. We aim to answer support messages within two business days.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us within 12 hours if an order has already been paid. A 12.5% service and processing fee may apply once processing has begun. An order cannot be cancelled after packing and shipping have started.

Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of purchase. The item must be unopened, in its original packaging and accompanied by the order confirmation or other proof of purchase. Products bought from another retailer must be returned to that retailer.

Approved returns must be sent to the original dispatch warehouse at the purchaser's cost. A non-refundable $29 packing and handling amount applies per order. Refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 24 to 48 hours after the returned item is received and checked.

Items bought on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. These conditions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs if an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered.
